If you are already a registered student, you will just need to go to our course catalog and select the course series that you would like to begin with. This will open up the course series page where you can choose a course. 

To log in, please go to our homepage and follow the link to “Sign in”. It will be at the very top of the page in small bold letters.

No. At this point we are not offering any practical labs.

Our quizzes will only allow the final score to be shown at the end, and not the answers. Fortunately, these quizzes and final exams can be taken as many times as you would like. We also offer workbooks located at the end of each course, located right under each review quiz. These workbooks contain the questions and answers to the quizzes that you may refer to whenever in doubt about the correct answer and would like to compare to see which questions you missed and which ones you answered correctly.

We do not have an app. However, our website is mobile friendly (Android and iOS) and can be accessed by any mobile device.

You will need to view all of the content of the courses in the series. At the end of each course you will be given a review quiz, and at the end of each course series you will be given a final exam. You will have to pass both the quizzes and the exam with a score of 80 or higher in order to pass and receive the certificate of completion.Managing Your Course, Bundle or VIP Unlimited Access

To reset your password and regain access to your courses you can e-mail us at [email protected] and we can manually reset your password and provide you a temporary one so you may regain access to your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to change your password again to one that you prefer.

Once you are logged into your account, you can change your password again by going to “Manage My Profile” > “Edit Bio”. Once there, please click on the link that says “change” next to password and scroll down to save your changes.

To view your membership information, log into your account and click on the “Info” link beneath the “My Profile” section.

Once you are logged in, click on “Manage Profile” and then select “Preferences”. From here you can set your notification email preferences.

Log into your course, bundle or VIP Unlimited Access and navigate to your Info page, select either your next invoice or an open invoice and you will be prompted to update your payment details.

At this time we can only accept major credit card payments. This can be a credit card or debit card from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. It is up to your relative/friend if they would pay for your account.

A Certificate of Completion verifies that you have fully completed and passed a course series.

Once you complete a course series, and successfully pass its Final Exam, you will be able to print a Certificate of Completion. This Certificate will state which course series you have completed, and the date of completion.

The minimum passing score is 80. Quizzes and final exams can be taken as many times as needed or desired.

You can retake the courses, quizzes and final exams as many times as you would like or need – we do not impose a limit.

Our courses are online, video-based which are presented by our expert instructors. We include lectures, demonstrations, and PowerPoint visuals to present the content.

We do not have a schedule for our courses as they are online videos and not live. Our courses are all online and as a member, you can conveniently access these independent,self-paced courses at any time of day. Our training includes videos lectures by our expert instructors, demonstrations, and PowerPoint visuals. There is a review quiz for each course and a final exam for each course series. You do not need to complete a course, quiz or final exam by a certain time or date.

No. All of our courses are developed to prepare you for the specific certification exams. Once you complete a course series, we will provide you a certificate of completion that stands as proof that you completed and passed our training, but it does not certify you. UIT Institute does not provide certification exams. After completing our courses you should be prepared to take the certification exams with a separate provider.

If you stop in the middle of a video it will not start again from where you left off. You will need to manually move the play bar to where you left off.

Yes, our training does qualify you/earn you CEUs. Please refer to our CEUs page for more information.

Everyone can benefit from our courses regardless of skill level by using any of the low level training we have available and then work their way up. If you want to be in Project Management, you can start with our Introduction to Project Management Series. If you are interested in IT, you can start with our CompTIA A+ Series. If you are looking for Office skills training or business skills (such as customer service or how to be professional in the office) we have training for that as well.

Our CISSP course has been developed by Mile2 and it is meant to be taken with the CISSO course to fully prepare you to take the CISSP exam. I would suggest starting with the CISSO course, then move onto the CISSP course to fully encompass all exam topics.

In addition to our Mile2 CISSP/CISSO course, we also include another version of CISSP with our training membership. We have a version taught by Shon Harris, although some of the material in this version of the course is outdated, we felt including this older course for additional study reference complimented the more recent Mile2 CISSP/CISSO courses quite well.
